Delivery
Any times or dates stated on our website
or confirmation emails regarding Delivery are estimates only. Howe
Fencing & Sectional
Buildings will make all reasonable effort to deliver Products
within the time specified, but does not accept liability for
any failure to deliver within that time.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays and Orders
received after 2pm on weekdays, will be processed the next working
day.
We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that
Delivery is made around the Delivery time advertised, you will
acknowledge that actual Delivery is via third party suppliers
and carriers and can therefore be beyond our control.
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in Delivery,
so before placing your Order, please ensure that you have included
the full address details, including accurate postcode of the Delivery
address and your daytime contact telephone number and e-mail address
so we can notify you in the event of a Delivery problem.
We endeavour to deliver all buildings within 21 working days of
receipt of order (Some products e.g. log cabins, may take longer). We will confirm by e-mail our receipt of your
order. If payment is made by cheque delivery will be within 28
days from receipt of payment.
If we are unable to deliver within this time we will only proceed
with your order if you agree to a longer delivery period.
Delivery
will be by carrier.
The carrier will telephone you to arrange delivery. Please provide
us with the telephone number we are most likely to be able to contact
you on during working hours.
Delivery is generally included in the purchase price. However some items require a delivery charge and this will be indicated in the item description along with delivery charges.
If you require delivery to the Highlands and Grampian regions of Scotland or inner London (posts codes AB, DD, IV, KW, PH, EC, SE1, SE11, SW1, W1, WC) an additional charge will apply.
Following Delivery
Check the Product: Please ensure that your delivery is fully checked.
Any shortages or damages must be reported within 72 hours
Assembly: Please do not arrange fitters or tradesmen for the installation
/ assembly of your goods until you have had time to check that
you are happy with the condition of them.
Removing Old Item: Please do not remove any existing product in
anticipation of your delivery arriving if this should cause inconvenience
in the event of a delay/oversight.
